Prepare for your live class ahead of time.
Equipment: Resistance band, 2 light weights (2-5 lbs), ankle/wrist weights, yoga mat & water bottle.
Viewing: If you have a smart TV you can screen mirror the workout from your phone or laptop to your TV for better viewing or if viewing from phone or laptop, we suggest connecting an external bluetooth speaker for best sound quality.
Other things to note: Classes are appropriate for all fitness levels, modifications are implemented where needed. Live classes start 5 minutes after the hour, sharp.
